Questions clients ask before the first artboard

Two to three genuinely divergent strategic directions, not six variations of one idea padded out to look like choice. Each concept arrives with its reasoning attached, because a logo you can't defend in a boardroom is a logo you'll be redesigning in two years.

Typically 4–8 weeks depending on scope and how quickly decisions get made on your side. Strategy and interrogation take the first 1–2 weeks, and that phase is non-negotiable, because it's the difference between design and decoration.

Often, yes. A brand refresh, keeping the recognizable core while rebuilding the system around it, is frequently smarter than a full rebrand, especially if you have market recognition to protect. The audit tells us which path protects more value, and we'll recommend the cheaper one if it's the right one.
